Mojgan Khoshvaght Gigasari, Esq.

Attorney Mojgan Khoshvaght Gigasari received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Guilan in Iran. She pursued her legal education by achieving a Master of International Law from one of the top universities in Iran, Shahid Beheshti School of Law. Her passion for law and legal education was endless that she decided to follow her dreams by getting admission from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Prior to passing the California Bar Exam, Attorney Khoshvaght was a post-bar law clerk at Rudolph, Baker, and Associates. As a law clerk, she conducted legal research and case evaluation for clients’ eligibility for immigration benefits under the direct supervision of the managing attorneys.

Attorney Khoshvaght has excellent legal research and writing skills which she mostly acquired while she was a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California for Honorable Judge John A. Houston.

While studying at the University of San Diego School of Law, she worked in the school’s Immigration Legal Clinic where she met with and assisted clients in filing immigration applications including, I-485, U visas, VAWA, etc.
